Discreet Shipping – all packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender’s name as am sales or shipping manager.

Order Fulfillment Time – orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was completed.  Delivery time may differ based on variables such as delivery method, your location, delays in USPS, UPS, etc.  We have no control once the order has left our warehouse.  We are not able to ‘insure’ packages shipped through USPS, and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APT, FPO & PO Box addresses).

Shipping Costs – the charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose.  Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you.

Shipping Exclusions – we do not ship to prisons, schools, churches or ship centers.  We have automated filters for our ordering process that will prevent shipment to these locations.  If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters unintentionally, please contact customer service.

Undeliverable Packages – If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.). The order will be refunded, and you must reorder.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend? UPS shipping is for business days only

Do I need to sign for my order? Adultmart requires signatures on any order that include item(s) priced $100.00 or more, or when orders exceed $150.00.

You can check the status of your order on our website by logging back into your account.


Canceling an Order

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any additions, changes or quantity adjustments to the order, or stop the order from shipping.

If you change your mind before the order is delivered, and no longer wish to receive the product, you can mark the UNOPENED box with "Return to Sender" and send the order back to us. Once we receive the order back, we will credit you for the price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

You will not receive credit for any shipping fees.
